Patricia Smoaks Jenkins was born in Allendale, SC, and is a resident of Allendale County.  She graduated from Allendale Fairfax High School and has her master’s degree in theology.  She is also a veteran of the United States Army.  She is the executive director of Empower Development Center. Ms. Jenkins has served on the Allendale County School Board and is committed to improving the lives of the citizens of Allendale County and surrounding areas.
